Convert AI Art to Vector and Print-Ready Files

Got an image from Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Canva AI that looks great on screen but falls apart in print? I'm Martin, a traveling graphic artist. I convert AI images to vector by hand and deliver high resolution, print-ready files for shirts, signs, banners, and decals. I work with clients anywhere, remotely. No Junk, Just Good Dern Ideas.

Why AI images fall apart at print size

Low resolution: AI images are sized for a screen, not a 4-foot banner. Blow them up and they go soft and pixelated.

Blurry edges: Lines that should be crisp come out fuzzy, so vinyl cutters and screen printers can't get a clean edge.

Weird text: AI loves letters that almost spell something, and made-up words don't belong on your sign.

Gradients and noise: Soft shading, glows, and speckles won't separate into clean colors for shirts, vinyl, or embroidery.

Hand redrawn, not auto-traced

Auto-trace tools and AI upscalers just guess. You get lumpy curves and the same garbled text, only bigger. I vectorize AI art by hand: clean lines, smooth curves, real lettering, and simplified colors. I keep the look you liked and fix what the AI got wrong.

What you get

Vector files: SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF that scale to any size, from a business card to a banner, and stay sharp.

High resolution files: Transparent PNG and JPG for print shops, mockups, and online use.

Files set up for the job: Cut-ready shapes for vinyl and Cricut, clean color separations for shirts, and simplified art ready to hand to your embroidery digitizer.

Who it's for

Small businesses that need an AI logo to vector for signs and shirts.

Shirt makers, crafters, and Cricut users who need an AI image to SVG.

Events, bands, teams, and clubs that need banners and decals.

How it works

Questions about converting AI art

Can you convert a Midjourney image to vector?

Yes. Midjourney to vector is a common request, and I also work with art from ChatGPT/DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, and other tools.

What's the difference between upscaling and vectorizing?

Upscaling makes a pixel image bigger by guessing at detail. It's still pixels, so it still has limits. Vectorizing rebuilds the art as shapes that scale to any size without blurring. If you need to upscale AI art for print, a vector redraw is the cleaner route, and I can export high resolution AI art as a PNG at whatever size you need.

Can I use the files with my Cricut or vinyl cutter?

Yes. Tell me you're cutting vinyl and I'll set up the SVG with clean, closed shapes for Cricut Design Space and most vinyl cutter software.

What file do I need for a large banner or sign?

A vector file (PDF, EPS, AI, or SVG) prints sharp at any size. Ask your print shop what they prefer. If they want a pixel file, I'll export a print-ready file sized to fit.

Can you fix the weird text in my AI logo?

Yes. I replace garbled letters with clean, matching type or redraw the lettering by hand so it reads right.

Why not just use a free online vectorizer?

Auto-trace is fine for simple shapes, but on AI art it usually leaves lumpy edges and leftover junk text. A hand redraw is clean to print, cut, or stitch.

How much does it cost?

Every image is different, so conversions are quoted per project based on the detail and the files you need. Send your image and I'll put together a quote.
